This site is informational
Pro Dink is not yet open for orders. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no contract of sale is formed by anything here. The checkout page shows the payment methods that will be accepted; its button is deliberately disabled. Terms of sale — order acceptance, cancellation, warranty, and payment terms — will be published here before the first order is taken.
Product information and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Specifications, dimensions, lead times and availability are given in good faith and may change as products move into production. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on this site at any time, including after a price has been displayed.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, product designs, imagery, illustrations, logos, and the site itself — belongs to Hoops Inc or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Product warranties, where offered, are stated with the product and are not affected by this section.

To the extent permitted by law, Hoops Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and Hoops Inc consent to that venue.
