Who we are

Pro Dink is operated by Hoops Inc in the United States. Pro Dink, a Hoops Inc. brand. This policy covers this website and email sent to the address at the bottom of this page.

What we collect today

This site is informational. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no checkout, so it asks you for nothing and you cannot enter anything into it. In practice that means:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the standard request details — IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
• Email you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and your address so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.
• No cookies for tracking or advertising. This site sets no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not buy contact lists.

Service providers

Two third parties necessarily see a request when you load a page: our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps the logs described above, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces and therefore receives your IP address and user agent as part of that request. Neither acts on our behalf for any other purpose.

When checkout opens

Ordering is not open yet. Before Pro Dink accepts a single order, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what an order collects — name, shipping and billing address, contact details, and the payment processor that handles card data — and who processes it. We will not begin collecting that information under this version of the policy.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Because we hold so little today, that is usually just a past email thread. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.

Data retention and security

Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule and then discarded. Email is retained for as long as it is useful as a customer record. The site is served over HTTPS only.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page. A change that affects what we collect will be made before that collection starts, never after.
